Heat oil in a large frying pan. Coock chicken, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned all over. Add garlic to the pan and cook for a further minute.
Combine Vegemite and boiling water in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in sauces, sugar and vinegar. Add to pan and bring to a simmer. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer for a further 5 mintues or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is sticky, turning the chicken occasionally.
Serve the chicken with chinese broccoli and steamed rice. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with the chilli.
