Estate Negroni

Ingredients:

• 30ml 78 Degrees Gin
• 30ml Rosso Vermouth
• 30ml Bitter Orange

Method:

1. Add all ingredients above to a tumbler. Add ice to the brim, then stir down as the ice dilutes the spirits.
2. As the outside of the tumbler begins to frost, garnish with a slice of orange and serve.
