Barking Owl Chardonnay 2017

Barking Owl Chardonnay is a refreshing, easy-drinking style of white wine that is suitable with a wide variety of cusines. Ten per cent of this wine was barrel fermented and aged in new French oak before being blended into the tank fermented component.

Colour: Very pale straw with lime green hues

Aroma: Stone fruit, fresh pear and vanilla

Palate: Dry, crisp and lively with a wonderful backbone of citrus and stone fruit. The wine is balanced and refreshing with a clean persistent finish of great natural acidity.
